Proof Bakery proves itself to be one of the best bakeries in LA, serving refined French treats with an unexpected Asian twist. Their croissants have been ranked the best in the city. But unfortunately, you'll have to arrive early to get them as they often sell out by 9 am, especially on weekends. They  serve up  a variety of delectable pastries and some of the tastiest coffee in L.A. When the croissants are all gone, our next choice would have to be their sesame financier. The vegan granola is also heavenly -- the perfect blend of oats, nuts, seeds, with a touch of sweetness, and sea salt to balance it all out. Proof also sources the brioche bread which shines in many of SQIRL's dishes... Order a latte to wash it all down and you'll be good to glow.
